The essentials for your weekend.
Engineers and technical professionals come first: experienced individual contributors, technical leaders, engineering managers, and project and program professionals. Recruiters, executives, founders, and industry partners are also part of the intended community.
The weekend is being designed around introductions and shared conversations, so arriving without an existing group fits the experience. You do not need to bring a professional network with you.
